Turtles

Ingredients:sprouts
4 c Brussel Sprouts
Salt
1 T Olive Oil

Time: 10 min / Servings: 2 / Calories per Serving: 135

Instructions:
Cut the brussel sprouts into bite sized pieces (either 1/2 or 1/4 pieces depending on the size of the brussel sprouts.)  Place them onto a broiler pan and drizzle with olive oil.  Sprinkle with salt and broil for 5-7 min or until brussel sprouts are slightly crunchy on the outside and tender through.

Jamie’s Adjustments:
These little guys can burn really fast so be sure to watch them in the broiler.  I usually start them on a lower rung and move them up for the last min or so.  But that is because my oven is small and runs hot, you may need to do something different with yours.
