Mini Meatloaf


1 T Olive Oil
2 pound ground chicken
1/3 C barbecue sauce
2 eggs
1/2 cup dry oatmeal
2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
1t garlic powder
2t chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 t onion powder
1/4 cup Hunt’s Tomato Ketchup

Time: 20min / Servings: 8/ Calories per Serving: 236


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line shallow baking pan with aluminum foil and coat with olive oil.

Mix all other ingredients except for the ketchup in a large bowl.

Shape into 8 mini loaves and place in prepared pan. Spread ketchup evenly over tops.

Bake 25 minutes or until meatloaves are cooked through (160 degrees F). Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
