Steak Salad


3oz Steak cut into strips
1/2 t meat seasoning mix
1/2 t olive oil
1 1/2 c red cabbage (shredded)
1/2 c shredded carrots
1/4 avocado
2 T italian dressing

Time: 20min / Servings: 1 / Calories per Serving: 422


Shred the red cabbage and carrots.  Place in a bowl and pour dressing over the top.  Heat olive oil in a pan.  Season the steak strips with seasoning mix and place in heated pan.  When cooked through, remove from heat and place onto of the vegetables.  Garnish with avocado.
